Dr. Sarah Severino is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and New York with specialties in Clinical Neuropsychology and School Psychology. After graduating from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology, Dr. Severino went on to earn her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology at Widener University's Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. She completed concentrations in Neuropsychology and School Psychology, as well as an APA-approved internship focusing on the neuropsychological assessment of children and adults. Her dissertation research focused on the relationship between cognitive skills and reading comprehension. Dr. Severino completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in child and adolescent neuropsychology through Columbia University Medical Center's Department of Psychiatry. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of acquired and developmental conditions. She has worked in outpatient neuropsychological practices, and she also has experience working within a school setting as a school psychologist.
